Responsibilities

• Provide high degree of personal service to internal and external clients. Assist with client inquiries daily.
• Manage new client onboarding and ongoing maintenance for TM Sales Officers including client documentation, document preparation, and product set-up information gathering.
• Proactively assists Officers to develop deposit and treasury proposals including proposal document preparation and modeling of account analysis fee proforma.
• Monitor monthly exception reports and coordinate renewals.
• Prepare and schedule account reviews for business clients.
