First Financial Bank is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join the Treasury Management Onboarding Team in Cincinnati. You will onboard and support TM services, coordinate documentation, and ensure successful implementations for commercial clients.

In this role, you will train clients, resolve complex issues, and maintain knowledge of TM products, policies, and procedures while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of commercial banking or TM support.
• Strong service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and support all TM services, including documentation, implementation, maintenance, updates, compliance, and risk reviews.
• Serve as the first point of contact to high-value commercial clients for issue resolution.
• Complete QA on all TM implementations and provide training to clients on TM products and services.
