Job summary

Truist seeks a results-driven Treasury Solutions sales professional to lead consultative selling across corporate and commercial client groups, focusing on cash flow management and working capital risk mitigation.

You will manage a portfolio, collaborate with bankers and product partners, develop relationship plans, and deliver liquidity and receivables/payables solutions, with a base salary of 145k-200k and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.
• 7+ years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• CFA Designation.
• Maintains up to date knowledge of Treasury Trends & Best Practices.
• Subject area experts in one or more specific skills, business areas or products.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client revenue growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners.
• Manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs.
• Develops relationship plans for clients and prospects.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and escalates risks as needed.
• Consults with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or virtual meetings.
• Reports on sales efforts and revenue progression.
