Job summary

BankUnited, located in New York, seeks an Operations Associate for Treasury Solutions to onboard new clients and maintain existing accounts across the full range of services. You will work with the management team to ensure daily/weekly service levels are met and communicate errors to the Branch Network and clients when necessary.

The role involves reviewing procedures, streamlining processes, preparing management reports, and assisting staff in quality/risk assessments of Treasury Solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in Treasury Management/Solutions operations and online banking support, advanced computer skills and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains department work-flow.
• Advises Operations Manager of deviations from standard operating procedure and implements corrective action.
• Reviews the business unit's operating procedures, making modifications to streamline processes and minimize expenses.
• Resolves complaints and answers questions from internal customers / business partners regarding services and procedures.
• Prepares reports for management.
• Performs quality or risk assessments of existing Treasury Solutions clients.
• Completes various Treasury Solutions account setups and maintenance activities.
