Job summary

BankUnited is seeking a Service Specialist to serve as the primary contact for National Title Solutions clients, handling inquiries, account openings, and ongoing account maintenance with a high-touch, solutions-focused approach. You will work with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing of requests in a regulated environment.

In this role you will support treasury management services, online banking, and reporting while upholding confidentiality and bank policies.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of branch banking, cash handling or related financial services experience preferred.
Demonstrated client service, account maintenance, treasury management support and issue resolution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary service contact for National Title Solutions clients, handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage a high volume of client requests with accuracy and timely follow-through.
Support opening and maintenance of commercial and deposit accounts.
Assist with treasury management products, online banking, ACH, wires and reporting.
Coordinate with internal partners to resolve account-related issues and provide client reporting.
