Renasant Bank is seeking a Treasury Solutions Operational Specialist to deliver exceptional internal customer service by supporting Treasury Solutions platforms and processes. Location preference is the Nashville area, with flexibility for other Renasant footprint locations based on convenience and business needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues using various Treasury Solutions platforms while staying current on the products and services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with internal partners and external clients.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers with inquiries related to Treasury services.
• Perform system setup of TS product/service requests from sales team.
• Provide exceptional customer service experience for TS Clients.
• Resolve banker/sales requests through proficient use of Treasury Solutions platforms.
• Research client process issues to determine issue/impact and navigate within the organization/vendor for resolution.
• Remain current and knowledgeable on all Treasury Solutions products and services.
• Be a resource within the TS teams and bank of operational processes and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
