BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Treasury Onboarding Consultant to work with Treasury Sales Associates, TMOs and Relationship Managers in Tulsa to implement treasury products and services for small to mid-size clients. You will design and test optimal solutions, provide system training, and remain a primary contact for customer inquiries.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 3-5 years of related experience or 5-7 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of treasury products and services including online banking and related systems.
• General understanding of Bank and Vendor operations and organizational structure.
• Strong communication and project implementation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Treasury Sales Associates, TMOs and RMs to gather requirements from smaller customers and consult on custom solutions.
• Evaluate risk, scalability, and long-term support of custom solutions; design and approve optimal solutions with leadership.
• Configure, test, and validate customized solutions; troubleshoot issues and maintain communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Train and educate customers on implementations; respond to queries and collect data for problem tickets.
• Transition customers from sales to implementation; identify opportunities for additional solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert; suggest process improvements and assist in creating materials for new products.
