• 12+ years of progressive experience in Treasury Management, Payments, Financial Services, or related discipline.
• Experience leading client-facing operations, onboarding, implementation, or support teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Treasury Onboarding and Client Services teams, building a culture focused on accountability and client success.
• Set clear performance expectations and coach leaders to achieve strong business results.
• Oversee the full treasury client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing service support.
• Ensure clients receive a seamless experience across all markets and service interactions.
• Partner with sales, product, operations, technology, and leadership to support growth and client outcomes.
• Drive process improvements through standardization, workflow enhancements, and automation.
• Track performance metrics and service standards to improve operational and client satisfaction results.
• Maintain strong risk, compliance, and governance practices with effective controls.
