Job summary

Ripple Treasury is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to align cutting-edge treasury tech with real-world financial goals for global clients. You’ll act as a digital architect and trusted advisor, translating complex concepts into CFO-friendly language and tailoring configurations to each client’s environment.

You’ll lead discovery, design the To-Be state, and guide modernization of legacy processes while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape the roadmap and deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
• Consultative Mindset: experience in roles where you don’t just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes
• Technical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
• Communication Skills: translate "tech-speak" into CFO-friendly language
• Treasury Domain Expertise: deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
• Financial Fluency: experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance - discussing cash flow, debt, and risk

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
• Design and document the To-Be state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet client goals
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and modernizing legacy processes
• Configure the platform ensuring the setup aligns with the strategic vision
• Facilitate high-impact training sessions to empower users and ensure ROI
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to gather client feedback and influence the product roadmap
