Ripple Treasury seeks a Professional Services Consultant to bridge cutting-edge treasury technology with client goals. You will deeply understand client environments, prescribe best practices, and architect configurations that transform treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency.

You will lead discovery, design the to-be state, and guide clients through modernized processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations in ERP or SaaS.
• Strong consultative mindset; challenge status quo and guide clients to better outcomes.
• Technical aptitude to navigate complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Excellent communication; translate tech-speak to CFO-level language.
• Deep treasury knowledge: cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Experience with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance discussions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and requirements.
• Design the to-be state and configure Ripple Treasury to meet client goals.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding treasury best practices and modernizing legacy processes.
• Hands-on platform configuration ensuring alignment with strategic vision.
• Deliver enablement and training to maximize client ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feedback into the product roadmap.
