Job summary

Ripple, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for Ripple Treasury to architect and implement treasury optimization for global clients. You will lead discovery sessions, design the To-Be state, configure the platform, and guide clients through best practices to maximize ROI.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape the roadmap while delivering hands-on enablement and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client‑facing solution consulting and/or software implementations in ERP or SaaS.
• Consultative mindset: challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.
• Technical aptitude across treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Strong communication: translate tech‑speak to CFO‑level language.
• Treasury domain expertise: cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Financial fluency: experience with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep‑dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
• Solution Architecture: Design and document the To‑Be state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals
• Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
• Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands‑on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns with the strategic vision
• Enablement & Training: Facilitate high‑impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap
