Ripple is seeking a Risk Implementation Consultant to partner with treasury, accounting, and finance teams to design scalable risk solutions across debt, derivatives, and hedge accounting. You’ll guide client engagements from discovery through implementation, ensuring compliance with ASC 815 and IFRS 9 while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing consulting, treasury/risk technology implementations, or SaaS delivery.
• Deep understanding of treasury and financial risk management: debt, FX and interest rate derivatives, hedge accounting, and accounting workflows.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and build creative, scalable client solutions.
• Strong solution architecture and business process design chops.
• Exceptional communicator — you translate complex concepts into clear, compelling business value.
• A relentless drive to problem-solve quickly and manage competing priorities without losing quality.
• Natural client leader with a proactive, consultative mindset.
• Technical fluency with treasury systems, ERPs, banking platforms, and financial integrations.
• Highly responsive, collaborative, and accountable — you own your outcomes.
• Experience working directly with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, Finance, and Risk Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery & Strategic Consulting with high-impact workshops and mapping client pain points.
• Architect Bold Solutions and align Ripple Treasury capabilities with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver Across Key Risk Disciplines: Debt & Investments, FX & IRS derivatives, hedge accounting, and reporting workflows.
• Guide Hedge Accounting under ASC 815 and IFRS 9, including designation and documentation.
• Partner with Accounting & Financial Reporting to modernize processes and automate journal entries.
• Implement with Confidence & Ownership, delivering on-time deployments and hands-on configuration.
• Lead Through Complexity by identifying blockers and driving resolutions with urgency.
• Energize Clients Through Training to empower end-users and drive adoption.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to shape delivery and product roadmap.
