Ripple Treasury is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in Illinois to translate client needs into architecture and configuration that unlocks treasury efficiency. You will lead discovery, document the optimal platform setup, and guide customers through best practices while implementing the solution end-to-end.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to refine the roadmap and deliver enablement that ensures maximum ROI from our SaaS treasury platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing solution consulting or software implementations (ERP/SaaS).
• Consultative mindset: question assumptions and drive better outcomes.
• Technical aptitude: navigate complex software ecosystems and data flows.
• Communication: translate tech-speak to CFO-friendly language.
• Treasury domain knowledge: cash management, payments, risk, hedge accounting.
• Financial fluency: experience with corporate treasury, accounting, or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and requirements.
• Design and document the To-Be state and configuration of Ripple Treasury.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding treasury best practices with clients.
• Configure the platform to align with strategic vision and client goals.
• Deliver high-impact enablement and training for end users and ROI realization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feed client feedback.
