Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three years' banking experience with at least 1 year in a client facing role.
• Proven track record of understanding client needs and delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to manage internal and external relationships.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to think outside the box.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences for Treasury Solutions products; promote client retention.
• Capture and document customer information in the CRM with accuracy.
• Record problem solving steps and final resolutions in the core system.
• Keep relevant parties updated through CRM and core systems.
• Resolve client requests using system tools, research, and escalation when needed.
• Provide timely follow-up and escalate complex questions quickly.
• Approach cases with patience and empathy towards clients.
• Gather client feedback for Product and Sales teams to review.
• Stay current on Treasury Solutions products and industry trends.
