Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Treasury Solutions Onboarding Specialist to lead the onboarding of Treasury client services in a fast-paced banking environment. The role focuses on delivering a superior client experience through accurate documentation, system setup, and timely service installation.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding plans, coordinating with Treasury Operations and other partners, training end users, and ensuring all services are properly linked and operational.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of Banking experience with Commercial Banking or Treasury Management exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onboarding contact for Treasury Solutions clients and manage documentation.
• Review system setup and coordinate service implementation with bank partners.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after onboarding until handoff.
• Maintain onboarding procedures and Treasury Solutions product guides.
• Communicate onboarding status to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
