Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experiences for Treasury Solutions products to promote retention.
• Capture customer information in the CRM to support Know Your Customer processes.
• Document problem solving steps and final resolutions in the CRM.
• Keep relevant parties updated through CRM and systems.
• Resolve client requests using system tools, research, and escalation when needed.
• Escalate complex issues promptly with full data context.
