Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for Treasury Solutions to lead client onboarding, manage documentation, and ensure accurate system setups and training. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and strong coordination with internal partners to deliver a seamless experience.

You will act as the primary contact for onboarding, maintain communications with clients, and drive completion of onboarding tasks while upholding regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service orientation and ability to manage client onboarding from enrollment to installation of Treasury Solutions services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex issues to stakeholders.
• Proven planning and project management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a banking environment with client support or implementation emphasis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onboarding contact for Treasury Solutions clients and manage documentation.
• Coordinate system setup, training, and installation of Treasury Solutions services.
• Communicate onboarding status to clients and internal teams; ensure timely completion and handoff to support.
• Assist with developing onboarding procedures and product guides; participate in special projects.
