Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking an Operational Specialist in Treasury Solutions to provide exceptional customer service, support multiple platforms, and assist with system setups for TS requests. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and strong problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of banking experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of banking experience.
• Ability to develop rapport with peers and internal partners.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to utilize various systems and software including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers with inquiries related to Treasury services.
• Perform system setup of TS product/service requests from our sales team.
• Provide exceptional customer service for TS clients.
• Resolve banker/sales requests using Treasury Solutions platforms.
• Research client issues to determine impact and route for resolution.
• Stay current on all Treasury Solutions products and services.
• Be a resource within TS teams and bank processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
