Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations in ERP or SaaS.
• Consultative mindset that challenges status quo to lead clients to better outcomes.
• Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks and ERPs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into CFO-friendly language.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk or hedge accounting.
• Experience discussing cash flow, debt and financial risk with corporate treasury/finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows and requirements.
• Design and document the To-Be state, configuring Ripple Treasury to meet client goals.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding clients through treasury best practices.
• Hands-on implementation and configuration aligning setup with strategic vision.
