Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and training.
• Five years of banking experience, two in treasury-related roles, with 1+ year in treasury services.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, be well organized, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle daily activities in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of bank operations, risk controls, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide white glove service to assigned clients by understanding their business and communication preferences.
• Listen, analyze and resolve assigned client inquiries.
• Leverage treasury services knowledge to resolve complex client requests.
• Be the subject matter expert on departmental software systems.
• Manage queues for service requests, support internal inquiries, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for feedback and improvements.
