Job summary

Cornerstone Bank in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Treasury Service Representative to support onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and servicing of treasury management products for clients. You will work with Treasury Sales, Commercial Banking, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve service objectives.

Responsibilities include client onboarding calls, RDC installation support, cross-team collaboration, and developing proactive service and sales strategies to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related field preferred.
• Customer service experience in a traditional bank preferred (including new client onboarding).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Leverage client relationships to generate business.
• Partner with Treasury Sales and Commercial Lenders to ensure accurate product setup.
• Conduct client onboarding calls to review service setup and requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for RDC installation, maintenance, and annual review.
• Generate deposits and treasury revenue through calls to existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with Commercial Bankers on new opportunities and plan service/sales strategies.
• Create proposals for customers and manage Treasury Services processes.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and ensure compliance with procedures.
