Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to support onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day service for Business Banking and Commercial clients. The role collaborates with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate implementations and timely service, while building skills for advancement within treasury management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
1+ years of banking operations, treasury support, or related client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Onboard and implement treasury management solutions for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
Coordinate onboarding activities including ACH files, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, and transfers.
Provide client training on treasury platforms and fraud-prevention tools.
Support KYC/AML compliance during onboarding and setup of accounts.
Serve as first-level support for core treasury management solutions and resolve routine issues.
Escalate non-standard requests or high-risk items to senior specialists as needed.
