Job summary

• The Treasury Services Support Specialist is responsible for the operational support, implementation, maintenance, and servicing of treasury products and solutions. This position serves as a primary back-office resource, partnering with branches, Operations, Digital Banking, and commercial customers to ensure accurate setup, delivery of exceptional service, and ongoing support of treasury solutions. Supporting the bank's growth objectives through efficient administration of treasury products and related services.

Requirements

Treasury

• Provide operational support for Treasury Services products, including ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Wire Services, Cash Management, Business Online Banking, Merchant Card Services and other treasury and payment solutions.
• Process new Treasury Services customer setups and maintenance requests.
• Assist with onboarding, implementation, and training of Treasury customers.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor Treasury Services activity for service disruptions, exceptions, and operational concerns.

Customer Service and Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Treasury servicing requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Operational And Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profiles, entitlements, limits, and service configurations.
• Ensure proper documentation is obtained and retained according to bank policies and procedures.
• Perform quality control reviews of Treasury Services setups, changes, and maintenance requests.
• Support fee management and reporting activities.
• Assist with periodic audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

Digital Banking Support

• Support customer enrollment, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist with testing and implementation of new digital processes and treasury products.

Risk and Compliance

• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Assist with fraud prevention efforts and identify unusual account activity.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE And SKILLS

• 1+ years’ experience in banking, bank operations, financial services operational support, or a related customer service role; or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with ability to learn various vendor platforms and software related banking and to Treasury Management products and services.
• Strong attention to detail, with commitment to accuracy, and consistent process execution
• Excellent customer service skills demonstrated customer first mindset, demonstrated responsive service delivery, and accurate follow-through.
• Ability to assess and resolve situations accurately and professionally, using sound reasoning.
