Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston, MA seeks a Client Analyst Officer to support senior Client Executives and Relationship Managers for top strategic clients. You will coordinate with Sales, Client Service, and Business Unit teams to ensure excellent service and timely responses to client needs.

The role emphasizes project coordination, CRM updates, contract amendments, and due diligence support across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
3–5 years of client service or relationship management support experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; ability to work across the organization.

Responsibilities

Execute ongoing client activities and ad hoc requests to support client relationships.
Assist with CRM (Salesforce) updates, strategic client account plans, and billing setup/documentation; assist with overdue billing collection.
Assist with contract management including execution of amendments and uploading documents to ECMS.
Coordinate and manage projects with clients and internal teams across regions/jurisdictions.
Coordinate periodic due diligence meetings, agenda, logistics, and RFI/RFP assistance.
