Job summary

State Street is seeking a Capital Management Officer in Boston, MA to drive analysis around capital planning practices within Global Treasury. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Recovery and Resolution Planning office and coordinating with international teams on capital distributions.

You will contribute to capital management, hedging programs, and liquidity strategy while communicating insights to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Recovery and Resolution Planning and drive RCAP/RCEN framework issues for capital.
• Support capital net investment hedging program.
• Coordinate with international colleagues on capital distributions and contributions.
• Support management of Parent Company Liquidity and our debt issuance strategy.
• Analyze Capital Planning efforts and related activities.
