• Collaborate with Transfer Agency units and other departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve complex operational issues as they arise.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Manage additional projects or tasks as assigned.
