• Experience with marginal trade analysis and profitability measurement.
• Strong analytical ability to translate drivers into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Python and handling large datasets.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Advise trading desk heads on capital, liquidity and balance sheet impacts.
• Partner with treasury stakeholders to translate priorities into incentives.
• Influence cross-desk decisions balancing objectives with risk appetite.
• Provide transparency on resource costs and constraints.
• Analyze desk profitability and resource efficiency.
• Own limits, indicators and escalation framework.
• Deliver marginal trade and what-if analyses for pricing and growth.
• Advise on clearing, collateral and liquidity management topics.
• Build scalable decision-support tooling and reporting.
• Track regulatory and competitive developments and support advocacy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
