Qualifications

• 3 years of prior treasury sales experience
• Product and financial acumen required
• Strong verbal and written communication for influencing stakeholders
• Ability to leverage data to identify trends and opportunities
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple sales activities
• Deep understanding of bank structure and cash management products
• Understanding and adherence to risk guidelines to grow the business responsibly
• Curiosity and willingness to partner with internal teams

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with Middle Market clients
• Retain and grow revenue, deepen solutions per relationship
• Coordinate pricing, profitability, and service fulfillment
• Lead/participate in regular client reviews and relationship management processes
• Provide product expertise and consulting to deliver best solutions
• Identify cross-sell opportunities through account analysis and client interaction
