BOK Financial is seeking a Treasury Sales Associate in Houston to join the Treasury Management team. You will support Treasury Management Officers, manage a mid-sized portfolio, and help deliver cash management, trade, liquidity, and commercial card solutions.

The role emphasizes evaluating profitability, cross-selling opportunities, client pipeline, and collaboration with TMOs. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years banking/Treasury Sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field plus
• 3+ years' banking and Treasury Sales experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of cash management services and related products (Online Access, Remote Deposit, Lockbox, ACH) and pricing/billing processes

Responsibilities

• Assist Treasury Management Officers in evaluating profitability of banking relationships.
• Understand client cash management goals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate deals pipeline and track progress through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with TMOs to identify customer needs and support prospecting efforts.
• Contribute to client proposals with cost/benefit analysis and pricing insights.
• Coordinate implementation and post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and accurate billing.
• Serve as a secondary relationship contact, providing ongoing support and inquiries resolution.
