Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Team Lead, Treasury Sales Associate in Houston to oversee a Treasury sales team and deliver cash management, trade, liquidity, and commercial card solutions. You will support TMOs, manage a diverse portfolio, and ensure training and development for TSAs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 7+ years of banking/Treasury Sales experience, with strong product knowledge and leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a Treasury sales team, including hiring and performance management.

• Ensure all activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build client relationships and identify Treasury solutions with cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive new business growth through consultative sales, pipeline management, and revenue focus.
