Job summary

Truist is seeking a Sales Analyst for Wholesale Payments, Treasury, Commercial Card, and Merchant sectors. You’ll support strategy, execution, risk management, and performance while partnering with relationship teams and enterprise colleagues.

Expect work across planning, client meetings, pricing, demos, and onboarding, with strong emphasis on data integrity, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role requires English fluency and first shift in Raleigh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of Wholesale Payments experience.
• 5+ years of Financial Services experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to balance short-term deliverables against long-term projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Proven ability to work well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment and ability to adapt.
• Independently function in the role and serve as the subject matter expert for the WP Sales Analyst organization.
• Client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with Truist values to maximize stakeholder value.
• Develop partnerships across Wholesale Payments and Enterprise.
• Execute Sales Analyst responsibilities for Treasury, Commercial Card, and Merchant.
• Lead pre-call planning and materials.
• Lead client meetings as notetaker, listener, closer or leader.
• Prepare advisory materials: Discovery, Pitch, Demos, ROI analyses.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and accurate pipelines.
• Support pricing, RFPs, demos, and product knowledge.
• Assist in smooth client onboarding.
• Lead workstreams across Wholesale Payments.
• Participate in Enterprise initiatives.
