Job summary

Guaranty Bank & Trust in Houston is seeking a Treasury Risk Specialist to support the Treasury Management risk and control environment. You will monitor activity, identify risks, and ensure Treasury services comply with policies and regulations.

This is a Full-Time, Hourly, Onsite position. Key duties include reviewing ACH/Wire activity, analyzing patterns for risk, maintaining risk controls and procedures, and collaborating with Relationship Officers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking, Treasury Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ACH and Wire transactions.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review ACH, Wire, Remote Deposit Capture, and other Treasury activity for risk and exceptions.
• Analyze transaction patterns to identify operational risk.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining Treasury risk controls, policies, and procedures.
• Review and monitor ACH and Wire limits, user entitlements, and access permissions.
• Collaborate with Relationship Officers to resolve risk-related issues.
• Maintain documentation of Treasury Annual Reviews, findings, and resolutions.
• Assist with audits, risk assessments, and internal control reviews.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen Treasury processes and reduce risk.
