Job summary

Heritage Financial Credit Union is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to support critical payment, settlement, and cash management functions. This onsite role ensures accurate recording, reconciliation, and documentation across ACH, ATM settlements, wire transfers, Zelle, and foreign currency activity.

The candidate will assist with daily balance sheet management, liquidity forecasting, and accounts payable support while upholding internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in credit union or bank operations, treasury, or accounting.
• Knowledge of cash management and its role in credit unions.
• Familiarity with ACH, wire transfer, and ATM/card settlement processes.
• Proficiency with core processing and reconciliation systems or ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation & balancing of ACH in-process account and ATM/mobile/merchant deposits.
• Reconcile corporate credit union and daily Zelle activity.
• Manage custody of daily/weekly/monthly supporting documentation.
• Process wire transfers through partners and fund branch cash orders.
• Support cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and liquidity monitoring.
• Review weekly Accounts Payable runs to tighten controls.
