Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Manager for Treasury Management and Wire Operations to oversee ACH origination, wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit, account analysis, and sweep accounts.

The role requires strong leadership to coach personnel, manage risk and regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in processes and member experience. It reports to the Director of Payment Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in payment operations, specifically with treasury management solutions (ACH origination, wire processing, positive pay, remote deposit, account analysis, sweep accounts).
• Relevant certifications, such as NACHA certification, are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Treasury Management Implementation and Wire Processing Operations Teams with focus on coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with the Director of Payment Operations to implement new programs and services.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, AML, NACHA, Regulation E/D/CC/J and related guidelines; monitor internal controls and risk.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance management for the teams.
• Build strong vendor relationships and manage SLAs with key providers (e.g., Fiserv, The Clearing House, Federal Reserve).
• Drive process improvements and enterprise-level initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and member experience.
