Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Manager of Treasury Management and Wire Operations to lead the implementation and operation of treasury solutions including ACH origination and wire transfers. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive efficient processes and superior member service.

The position emphasizes coaching, process ownership, and development of high-performing teams, with compliance to NACHA rules and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in leading and managing teams.
• Certified Payments Professional or NACHA certification desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Management Implementation and Wire Processing teams, coaching and mentoring staff.
• Ensure operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Director of Payment Operations to develop new programs and services.
• Provide regular performance updates and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and vendor relationships (e.g., Fiserv, NACHA).
• Develop and maintain department policies and risk assessments.
