  • Help prepare financial reports and analyses used for decision-making.
  • Work closely with Treasury and Finance teams to support audit readiness and daily operations.

Programming & Automation

  • Build and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Impress Automate to streamline treasury and production processes.
  • Program scripts, macros, or integrations to support data flows between systems.
  • Support file generation and formatting for treasury reporting and print production.

Design & Document Production

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop) to design, format, or troubleshoot production-ready files.
  • Prepare and manage design templates used in printed financial communications or treasury documentation.
  • Navigate and support specialty printer environments (large-format, secure print, variable data printing, etc.), ensuring proper file setup and compatibility.

Cross-Platform Coordination

  • Interface with IT and development teams to ensure successful updates, data syncing, and backups.
  • Maintain documentation on procedures, system dependencies, and user guides.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) Impress and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign and Acrobat).
  • Experience with programming or scripting (e.g., VBA, Python, JavaScript) is highly valued.
  • Comfortable working with and troubleshooting specialty printer environments and file formats (PDF, PostScript, XML, CSV)
