Job Responsibilities

As a Consulting Clinical Info Systems Analyst, you will shape the future of healthcare technology by consulting on, analyzing, and improving clinical information systems. Your role will involve ensuring system efficiency, innovation, and regulatory compliance, focusing on MACS, documentation, clinical workflows, and enhancing patient care through system optimization.

Required Experience

Knowledge of clinical documentation development for Nursing, Providers, Ancillary, and Quality Improvement teams.
Experience with development and enhancement of orders and order sets.
Ability to manage system issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate with support teams.
Define, implement, monitor, and maintain application functionality to meet departmental needs.
Extract data, perform report-writing, data validation, and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of process and data-driven analysis techniques.
Maintain functional knowledge of clinical areas.
Manage vendor support relationships and support ticket resolution.
Understand business needs, define requirements, develop solutions, and support testing.
Provide multi-level support for applications, including after-hours support.
Automate tasks using scripting and other mechanisms to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with technical teams to monitor and validate software performance.
Write ad-hoc reports and manage data uploads/downloads.
