BancFirst in Oklahoma City is seeking a Treasury Services Implementation Specialist to support Treasury Management Officers by establishing treasury services and digital banking configurations for customers. This onsite role requires 2+ years of banking experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software.

The position is full-time, based in Downtown Oklahoma City, and emphasizes accurate forms processing, training, and cross-functional collaboration

Formación

• 2+ years of banking experience or equivalent
• Ability to work well under stress and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software applications
• Displays strong communication, professionalism and product knowledge
• Ability to analyze, research and resolve issues related to forms and processes

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and accurate implementation and maintenance of customer service forms and processing.
• Cross-train as a backup on platform setups and customer WebEx trainings.
• Understand treasury products and services.
• Assist with account analysis, billing and reporting.
• Explain and administer products/services with professionalism.
• Support Treasury Management Officers in resolving operational issues and discrepancies.
