• Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters, multitask and meet deadlines.

• Possess critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service to internal and external clients via phone, email or virtual appointments.
• Resolve technical issues and product/functionality inquiries related to treasury services.
• Maintain professional image, adhere to policies, procedures and regulations.
• Refer treasury service needs to the Treasury Management Officer with necessary information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with situational awareness and time management.
