Job summary

BancFirst in Oklahoma City seeks a Client Services Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service in Treasury services. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email or virtual meetings, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies and regulations. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Onsite hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of banking software applications.
• Ability to operate in a highly sensitive environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service via calls, emails or virtual appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with Treasury Management Officer for follow-up information.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
