Job summary

AbbVie, a global biopharmaceutical leader, is seeking an Associate Director of Treasury Planning and Reporting. The role supports tactical and strategic leadership in actuals reporting, cash flow forecasting, and analytics, with exposure to senior leaders, including the CFO, monthly presentations, and a direct report in the team.

The position requires strong analytical and presentation skills, familiarity with SAP Treasury Management, HFM, and BPC, and a background in finance or accounting with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to corporate officers.
• Familiarity with SAP, HFM, and BPC preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop medium- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Plan and report actuals for net interest expense of large L&A deals.
• Present Plan, LBEs and LRP Packages to Treasurer and CFO.
• Analyze and report monthly actual results.
• Set annual FX Plan rates for the corporation.
• Analyze exchange variances vs Plan and benchmarks.
• Prepare quarterly Treasury Earnings package for senior management.
• Oversee quarterly 10-Q/10-K packages covering cash, debt, and hedging.
• Manage debt administration in SAP Treasury Management.
• Supervise one direct report.
