You will lead end-to-end programs, align product and engineering, define integration requirements, and ensure regulatory and customer needs are met within an enterprise platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Treasury, Cash Management, Deposits, and Core Banking.
• Techno-functional bridge between business needs and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs involving Treasury, Cash Management, Deposits and Core Banking.
• Provide SME on end-to-end cash management lifecycle and banking processes.
• Understand processes, workflows, dependencies and integration points.
• Define integration requirements with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations and Business.
• Guide teams on banking product integration with core banking systems.
• Translate business requirements into technology and integration specs.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and process impacts across the ecosystem.
• Lead API, data, and platform integration discussions from a business view.
• Ensure integrations meet regulatory requirements and customer needs.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder comms.
• Provide guidance during design, implementation, testing, readiness and post-prod.
