Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to support our Payments Transformation, coordinating with business and technology teams to deliver the strategic high-value wires payments roadmap.

You will drive project schedules, manage dependencies, quantify risks, and communicate status across stakeholders. This role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery excellence within a global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with software development best practices and establishing methods, tools, and processes for cross-team initiatives.
• Experience managing software projects across cross-functional teams, coordinating release schedules and building sustainable processes.
• 10+ years of professional experience in technology project or program management.
• Experience with Cloud Platform or Cloud technologies.
• Influencing skills in a highly collaborative, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts, product and operations to ensure scope is clear and well documented.
• Produce, update and deliver a comprehensive project schedule with technology and business teams.
• Maintain and monitor key project dependencies across application groups and drive to completion.
• Facilitate governance meetings, publish agendas, quorum lists, reports and minutes, and ensure project lifecycle adherence.
• Manage project risk and issue logs, drive remediation to closure and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a stakeholder communications plan and communicate status to all levels of the organization.
