Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in Treasury and Payments from Salt Lake City. The role combines onsite and remote work in a hybrid model, requiring coordination across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory and delivery goals.

You will own project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management while guiding cross-functional teams through SIT, UAT, and production readiness to successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of project management experience in banking/fintech or regulated environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional Treasury/Payments initiatives.
• Proven ownership of full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Treasury, Payments, Wires, and related tech initiatives.
• Assess status, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resources.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
• Facilitate governance forums and executive reporting on project health and decisions.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, production readiness, and post-production stabilization.
