Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Associate Payments Strategist in Detroit to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial clients. You will partner with Treasury Management Officers, bankers and relationship managers to deliver tailored treasury solutions, optimize cash flow, and mitigate risk while driving revenue growth.

You will participate in meetings, analyze client needs, and coordinate onboarding and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless client experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking or Payments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated ability to support sales efforts and manage client relationships
• Working knowledge of treasury management products and solutions
• Strong communication, organization and client-facing skills

Mansioni

• Partner with Treasury Management Officers, Commercial Bankers, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders to support client coverage and strategies
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring responsive follow-up
• Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand objectives and cash flow processes
• Identify and support treasury management solutions across payments, receivables, fraud prevention, liquidity, and digital channels
• Prepare treasury reviews, pricing analyses, proposals, and RFP responses
• Conduct portfolio reviews to uncover revenue growth, retention, expansion, and risk opportunities
• Support pipeline development, CRM accuracy, and deal documentation toward close
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation to deliver a seamless client experience
• Ensure adherence to risk and bank standards; elevate issues for timely resolution
• Develop knowledge of treasury products, sales processes, and industry trends
• Assist in achieving team sales, retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction
