Fifth Third Bank in San Jose seeks an Associate Payments Strategist to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial clients. You will support day-to-day client engagement, assist with treasury management solutions, and collaborate with bankers to accelerate revenue growth.

The role requires 2+ years in Treasury Management or Payments, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. You will participate in meetings, prepare analyses, and help deliver tailored cash management

Competenze

2+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking or Payments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated ability to support sales efforts and manage client relationships.

Mansioni

Partner with Treasury Management Officers, Commercial Bankers, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders to support client coverage and relationship strategies.
Serve as day-to-day client contact for assigned relationships, building trusted engagements and ensuring follow-up.
Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand business objectives and cash flow processes.
Identify, structure, and support treasury management solutions across payments, receivables, fraud prevention, liquidity, and digital channels.
Prepare treasury reviews, pricing analyses, proposals, and other materials to support client recommendations.
Conduct portfolio reviews to uncover revenue growth and risk-related opportunities.
