Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking or Payments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to support sales efforts and manage client relationships.
• Working knowledge of treasury management products and solutions.
• Strong communication, organization and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasury Management Officers and other stakeholders to support client coverage and relationship strategies.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring responsive follow-up.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand business objectives and cash flow needs.
• Identify, structure, and support treasury management solutions across payments and liquidity.
• Prepare treasury reviews, pricing analyses, proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor client activity to uncover revenue growth, retention, expansion, and risk-related opportunities.
• Support pipeline development, CRM accuracy, and deal documentation toward close.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing service activities to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Ensure adherence to risk and bank standards; elevate issues for timely resolution.
• Develop knowledge of treasury management products, sales processes, and client industries.
