Job summary

Fifth Third is seeking an Associate Payments Strategist to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial clients. You will work closely with Treasury Management Officers and Bankers to understand client objectives, analyze cash flow, and tailor treasury solutions across payments, receivables, fraud prevention, liquidity and digital channels.

You will engage with Relationship Managers and internal partners to advance sales, retain clients, and deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

2+ years in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking or Payments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated ability to support sales efforts and manage client relationships
Working knowledge of treasury management products and solutions
Strong communication, organization and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

Partner with internal stakeholders to support client coverage and relationship strategies.
Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned relationships, maintaining engagement and timely follow-up.
Participate in client meetings to understand objectives, cash flow processes and challenges.
Identify and support treasury management solutions across payments, receivables, liquidity and digital channels.
Prepare treasury reviews, pricing analyses, proposals and RFP responses to support client recommendations.
