Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Director for Treasury Services – Emerging Rails, Payments who will own the product P&L and drive growth across a suite of instant settlement rails.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape strategy, and partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance to ensure a robust, scalable platform. The role requires thought leadership in emerging payments, and an ability to influence senior executives while navigating a complex regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with ownership of Product P&L and business growth.
• Familiarity with payment rail buying behavior across client segments (corporate, banks, fintech).
• Fundamental understanding of clearing house rules and card networks.
• Global mindset for international expansion of products and thought leadership in emerging payments.
• Experience leading global, cross-cultural teams and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the alternative product line and emerging rails.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of product managers; drive best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Manage relationships with executive stakeholders and communicate strategy and progress.
