Job summary

United Bank of Southwest Alabama & Northwest Florida is seeking a Treasury Services Support Specialist to handle back-office operations, implement and maintain treasury products, and support commercial customers through accurate setup and ongoing service.

You will collaborate with branches, Operations, Digital Banking, and treasury partners to ensure timely delivery and problem resolution, while contributing to the bank's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in banking or related customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to learn treasury platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate process execution.
• Excellent customer service with responsive service delivery.
• Ability to assess and resolve situations professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Treasury Services products and related solutions.
• Process new Treasury Services customer setups and maintenance requests.
• Assist with onboarding, implementation, and training of Treasury customers.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor Treasury Services activity for service disruptions and operational concerns.
• Support fee management and reporting activities.
• Assist with audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
